These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Next Level Trading Cards website and any related services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence to make a purchase. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You may create an account using email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We try to describe and photograph items accurately, but trading cards are physical collectibles with natural variation. Colours, centering, surface, and edges may vary slightly from the photos. Grade designations from third-party grading companies (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, etc.) reflect the opinion of that grading company, not ours. All listings are subject to availability; we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders in our discretion (for example, where an item is out of stock, mispriced, or suspected of fraud).
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of the order. If a payment is declined, we may cancel the order.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders as indicated on the Site. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the package. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for carrier delays. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
Because trading cards are unique collectibles, all sales are final unless the item is materially not as described or arrives damaged. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you to make it right. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method.

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, photos, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Third-party trademarks (team names, league names, player names, grading company marks, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our business. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as Google sign-in, Stripe, ShipStation, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel/Conversions API). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT LEVEL TRADING CARDS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Level Trading Cards and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
