Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because every card is a unique, single-quantity collectible, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the photos and description carefully before placing your order — we provide front and back high-resolution images of every card, and we're happy to send additional photos or answer questions before you buy.

Damaged In Transit

Every shipment is insured. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging before opening it, then photos of the card(s) inside. Email everything to hello@nextleveltradingcards.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll file an insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Lost Shipments

Every shipment is insured against loss. If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ business days (US), reach out. We'll open a trace with the carrier, file an insurance claim if needed, and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once a label has been created and the package is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
