Shipping Information
We ship every order from Mississauga, Ontario. Canadian orders use Chit Chats and Canada Post; US and international orders ship tracked via Canada Post. Every order over $300 is sent with signature required on delivery.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are packed and dropped off the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created.
Packaging
Every card ships in a penny sleeve and top loader (raw cards) or in its slab with extra cushioning (graded cards), sealed inside a team bag and a rigid bubble mailer or small box. Multi-card orders ship in a single padded parcel to keep rates down.

United States & International
Chit Chats Tracked (Orders under $150)

Flat-rate $15 tracked shipping via Chit Chats for all US and international orders under $150. US parcels move through the Chit Chats US Edge hub and hand off to USPS; international parcels hand off to your local national postal service.

Free fully tracked Chit Chats shipping on every US and international order $150 and over. US via USPS final-leg, international via your local national postal service.
All charges are billed in CAD. Your bank handles the conversion to your local currency and may add their own FX fees.
