Shipping Information
We ship every order from Mississauga, Ontario through Chit Chats — a trusted Canadian shipping partner that gives us access to the best Canada Post, USPS, and courier rates available.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are packed and dropped off the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created.
Packaging
Every card ships in a penny sleeve and top loader (raw cards) or in its slab with extra cushioning (graded cards), sealed inside a team bag and a rigid bubble mailer or small box. Multi-card orders ship in a single padded parcel to keep rates down.

Chit Chats + Canada Post (Final Leg)
From $7.99 CAD3–8 business days
Tracked through the Chit Chats network and handed to Canada Post for final delivery. Required for PO Boxes and the best option for rural, remote, and northern addresses.
The right service is selected automatically at checkout based on your postal code. PO Boxes and rural routes are automatically routed via the Canada Post final-leg option.

Chit Chats US Edge
From $6.99 CAD4–10 business days
Cross-border via the Chit Chats US hub, then handed to USPS for final delivery. Fully tracked end-to-end and the best value for most US-bound orders.
Chit Chats US Tracked Faster
From $12.99 CAD3–7 business days
A faster USPS service through the Chit Chats network with full tracking. Recommended for higher-value slabs or time-sensitive gifts.
US buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes assessed on delivery. Most card shipments under $800 USD enter duty-free under the current de minimis threshold.
Insurance
Every shipment includes insurance against loss or damage in transit. For higher-value orders we add signature on delivery and increased declared value automatically. If something goes wrong, we'll work with you and the carrier to reach a fair resolution.
International (Outside Canada & US)
We ship internationally using whichever Chit Chats international service is available for your destination. Email hello@nextleveltradingcards.com with your address and the cards you want and we'll send back a tracked quote within one business day.
